In healthcare, we experience that working harder is no longer the solution. The workload is high, personnel is scarce, and the limits of available resources have been reached. Robotics and autonomous systems are not an alternative reality, but offer opportunities to make healthcare workable, people-oriented and future-proof - provided we do it together and well.
