Internship: OT Security Scan

The European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) were set up to support companies with digitization issues. The EDIH Noord Nederland focuses on SME companies in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. The focus is on developing autonomous systems and the skills needed for this.

A security scan focusing on a production environment is being developed within the EDIH. There is already an existing IT security scan. In this project you will look at what specific security issues there are for production environments and how to incorporate them into the scan.

The assignment is to set up a security scan and initial scanning of companies using OT and Industrial IOT. You are going to set up profiles on types of companies and based on one or more profiles you are going to set up a Security checklist and scan. In preparing the scan(s) you are going to use existing security and security models.
